I have needed to wear spectacles since the age of sixteen, over thirty years ago, so I have experience of many optical practices both good and not so good.
I tried Tudball Opticians having been recommended by a good friend. Word of Mouth, personal recommendations usually turn out well, and this was no exception.
I was greeted first thing in the morning by an attractive, smiling receptionist, followed shortly afterwards by the Optometrist who was extremely thorough and explained what he was doing at each stage of the examination – I’m curious like that and just like to know what is going on!!
Following the examination I was offered a choice of many frames to try on, whilst the beautiful practice dog did his best to entertain me. The Optician was very helpful, providing just the right balance between providing the advice I needed without any pressure to spend money there and then.
I choose my new spectacles and returned just a few days later to have them fitted.
Those that know me will tell you that I do not say this very often, but I really couldn’t fault the Service I received.
